Voice stealing acts weird in Unreal 4.27.2 and Fmod 2.02.05

I have “destructibles” event in a game and want to set instance limits and voice stealing acts really weird. It produces a terrible glitch audio effect like if all the sounds were played almost simultaneously. Is it due to the “oldest”? I tried “none” and it plays stealed sounds few seconds after…
Is it a bug?

Can you please share a video capture of what is occurring? Just so I can get a better idea of what might be going wrong.
