What is the process by which I can monetize and FMOD plug-in that I've written?

Hi there,

I’ve previously made a career writing audio plug-ins in VST, RTAS and AU formats:

I’m currently prototyping an FMOD plug-in for a “potential client”, but it occurs to me that this is an IP of mine until further notice. I’m wondering about the possibility of just developing it as a product in its own right, and if that’s the case what are the implications between my company and yours?

We have no issue with you monetizing your plugin, it is arms length so not really relevant to us.
