As of the time of writing (April of 2024), there is no way to do this. All logic markers’ positions are stored in seconds and milliseconds, not beats and bars, because it is very unusual to want the positions of logic markers and instruments to change when the tempo is changed - or, to put it another way, it is unusual to want music events with different tempos (and thus very different content) to have logic markers positioned in the same beat/bar positions for each of those tempos.
