Hi everyone, just a quick question, Is it possible to use Fmod with Altspace? Can you export a bank to Altspace from Unity with Fmod? Has anyone tried to achieve this previously?
Using altspace to build a game for unity but was questioning the audio limitations.
Unfortunately, no. As explained in Altspace’s Unity Uploader FAQ, Altspace automatically rejects any content that includes scripts or script references, and that includes the FMOD Studio Unity integration.
If you want to use FMOD Studio’s features when making content for Altspace, I suggest contacting Altspace support and suggesting that they integrate FMOD Studio directly into Altspace, and/or add a special exception for the FMOD Studio Unity integration when uploading content.
