Fmod Audio Listener

Hey, I have a question about fmod audio listeners and total fmod sound if I delete all fmod listeners from the project 2D sounds still play. So am I right that 2d events don’t require the listener to be audible in a game? Except if it contains a scatterer which automatically converts the event to 3d sound.
