FMOD_ERR_FORMAT with large WAV file

We have a user with a 10 hour WAV file (about 6GB on disk) and createSound returns FMOD_ERR_FORMAT.

Shorter file (2 hours) seems to work.

What are the limitations on WAV files with FMOD?

Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the behavior.

Is it possible to get the audio file they are trying to use uploaded to your profile to test on my side?

Hi,

Thank you for the file. The issue is with the format in larger files, in a DAW you need to force it to WAV. This screenshot is from Reaper:
