I know it’s an old version, I’ve made a plugin for a programming language which wraps some of the Fmodex functions. I’m thinking of releasing it. My question is, will the Eula cover this as it’s not commercial or for profit and it clearly states it’s been made with FMODex. If it’s ok to release do I have to include all files in the downloaded Zip file of the Fmodex version used?

  1. FMOD SDK files are not to be distributed with the exception of the FMOD Engine run-time libraries (.DLL, .SO for example).

only the runtime binary can be rereleased otherwise the user has to download fmod themselves from our site.
