Including Studio files in the example codes for commercial video lectures

Hi,

I SELL video lectures on c++ programming.
I like to use FMOD in my lecture on a couple sound play tutorials.
My first attempt was encouraging students to download FMOD studio in your webpage, which appears very inefficient.

Does it violates the non-commeicial license for me to include your .h, .lib, .dll files in my Github repository for example codes?

If you distribute the files for internal use it would be ok, but not for the general public to download.
