No sound when simulating in profiler

I’ve recorded a session in profiler and when I switch to simulate I get no output. It seems like maybe I need to turn on monitoring on the main bus, but the button remains greyed out.

Thanks, DM’d you about uploading the package . However, the following day simulate does seem to be working! (?) Clearly this makes it sound like user error, but nothing has changed since I walked away from my PC last night. I will try to see if I can repro. Sorry about that
