Playing sound effects faster

Hey guys! I’m working on a machine gun that can increase the fire rate. It shoots fast (0.1 sec each bullet or less). My problem is that if I play a fmod instance each time it shoots, it sounds clunky vs the same event with the same time with a loop region.

What would be the best way to make a fast series of shots that can accelerate o decelerate over time in a stable way? I’d love to shorten the loop region but I don’t think that’s possible.

Scatterer instrument with automation on the Spawn Rate, of course!
You also should set Spawn Interval min=max=your base rate, and Scatter Distance min=max=0.
