Sound occlusion

What is the best way to make sound occlusion between rooms? I am having problems beacuse sound is spreading though walls and objects.

The simplest option would be to create a gain preset effect, automate it on a parameter named “occluded” (for example), and then add instance of that preset effect to the master tracks of all the problematic events. Than all you need to do is set the events’ occluded" parameter based on whether the events are behind a wall or object that would muffle it.
