I’m using an in-game parameter to automate the min/max distance of the Spatializer so that it automatically updates to any event that uses this preset spatializer, but I’m finding that it’s just not overriding the event min/max distance. Why is that the case?
What versions of FMOD Studio and the FMOD Engine/one of the integrations are you using?
Can I get you to elaborate on what specifically the issue is? Is the audio of the event not behaving as expected, or is it purely an issue with the min/max distance event macro - for example, when using Studio::EventInstance::getProperty
and dependent functionality such as the min/max distance gizmo in Unity?
If you could provide me with a series of steps that reproduce the issue, demonstrating how you set up the automation and when/how exactly the issue occurs, that’d be great.
