Static linking libscepad on PC

Hi! I want to check status for DualSense vibration and speaker support on PC.

On PS5 FMOD can directly connect a vibration port to a DualSense controller. However on Windows it doesn’t seem to play nice even if libscepad_static is available. Seems like a shame to lose this feature on PC.

Is it possible to configure the FMOD plugin for Unreal to use the static version of libscepad?

Unfortunately, controller vibration is only supported on PS5.
