Transition Timeline with Audio Files

Hello!

I’ve added a reverse cymbal to a transition (in the transition timeline) to smooth it out, but I can’t figure out how to let the tail of this reverse cymbal audio file continue playing over the destination once the transition is finished. Right now it cuts off the reverse cymbal and it doesn’t sound natural.
I can’t extend the audio file outside of the transition timeline so it doesn’t seem to be possible, or am I missing something?

Have you tried selecting the instrument containing the reverse cymbal audio file and clicking the “Async” button in the deck, switching the instrument to asynchronous mode? Asynchronous instruments are able to continue playing even when they’re no longer overlapped by the playback position.
