Ue4 2.23.1 Project packaged with FMOD crashes on phone

Hello, my ue4 FMOD integrated project works fine when I run it in the selected viewport and mobile preview. It also works fine when I package it for windows and run it on my PC. When I create an android project, the build is successful and there are no errors in the output log. But when I run it on my phone, the app crashes on startup. I have even tried integrating fmod with an empty project and package it but it still ends up crashing on startup. What could be the problem?

What versions of FMOD and UE4 are you using?
Are you building from Windows or Mac?
