VCASet Volume node range isnt making sense

Im using the VCASet Volume node in UE5 to change the volume of a specific sound. In Fmod everything works fine when I change the VCA Db.

In this post they explain that the Volume value is a multiplier

VCA Set Volume values?

Hi, I’ve set up VCAs in Fmod but I’m confused about what values I use to control the VCA volume. I tried feeding it -80 to 0, which was very wrong. -80 was super distorted! So I tried 0-9, which was closer, but still confusing. Is there a guide to how values are mapped?

So setting it to 0 would result in no sound and 2 would be 2x louder. But for me 0 just makes it a litle quieter, and Ive been trying different values and I cant find the range to use for my audio settings slider.

Never mind It turned out I hadnt considered that All of the Groups need to be added to the VCAs.
I hadnt placed SoundFX_Deaf under any VCA but I did place the SoundFX group in the VCA. And since the SoundFX was the parent, I didnt think that the child needed to be added as well.
