Hi everyone,
Upgrading from 2.0.10 to 2.01.11 on our Unity 2021.2.14 project we encountered this problem: our game crashes when we use programmer instruments and callbacks but only on Quest (Android). On PC works fine. We suspect is something related to the pointers. To upgrade version I deleted all FMOD files on the project and reimported the 2.01.11 packages.
The game works and sounds ok untill you encounter the 1rst dialogue, when the 1rst line of dialogue is called. I created a simple script on our splash scene to test, and it also crashes.

This is likely due to an issue with Garbage Collection that was resolved in 2.01.15. Can you please try updating to the latest FMOD Unity integration and see if that fixes the issue?

I have been working on this, we already upgraded the project to the 2.02.04 and we still can’t get it running on quest. We are considering other options right now, like asking for the clip duration instead of using pointers to know if the clip is playing. Here’s the last log:

2.02.04 is actually still behind version 2.01.15. if you are on 2.02 now then the equivalent fixed version will be 2.02.06. Can you please try updating to 2.02.06 and see if that resolves this issue?
