FMOD Studio bank (re)build does not reflect in Unreal Editor

I recently tried to get my project setup for use with UnrealGameSync but failed since I use both Windows and Linux within my development workflow. In that time I noticed recently that not only does Live Update seem to fail frequently (seems to be related to a port issue but I don’t use it frequently enough to look into it further) but more importantly, despite validating the project in Unreal and FMOD Studio, the events are broken. I created a new FMOD Studio project, created a new blank project in Unreal and confirm the settings but I always get the same error.

Now while I am still able to play events as intended, I am concerned about data not being reflected as before.

I am using a GitHub source build of 5.4.4 with the only major change being 5.4LitReactiveModel patch as part of using FSR3. The plugin and Studio version is 2.03.07.
