How to set Seek Speed?

Everyone’s talking bout this cool thing Seek Speed, aswel as it is mentioned several times in the manual.
But I have spent numerous unsuccessful attempts on searching how one actually implements seek speed on parameters. I tried youtube, google, and the indoor manual search tool. No luck.

Help is much appreciated! I assume it is something very simple that I am overlooking, but I am rather bothered by the seemingly complete absence of any documentation on this.

When you hover over a Parameter name, you can see the mouse cursor changing and text becoming underlined, click on that parameter:

You will then find various settings, including seek speed for that parameter in the deck panel:
