“Multiple plugins with the same name ‘fmodstudiol’

Hey everyone. Im a total noob linking Fmod and Unity together. Ive followed every video I can find but when it comes to testing the game object FMOD Studio emitter I can’t find my sound event under the magnifying glass button like I’ve seen in all the videos.

My original error message was “Master.strings.bank” not valid, this was resolved rolling back my version of Fmod to 2.01.11(Unity Verified).

Now my error message is “Multiple plugins with the same name ‘fmodstudiol’

What version of FMOD did you have before? It sounds like there are some libs from the last installation that need to be removed.
