Profiler File I/O

Hi all,

Just using the profiler to examine File I/O activity as I play through a UE4 game I’m connected to.

However, I’m not seeing any activity at all for File I/O despite dynamically loading banks and setting some assets to stream from disk.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I’m using FMOD Studio v2.0.03 and UE4 4.22.3


Is audio playing audibly when you run the game?

When you mouse over the File I/O track in the recorded profiler session, does the pop-up text that appears next to the mouse cursor indicate any bank or stream loading? It may be that the amount of content being loaded is so small in that part of the graph that it isn’t visible.
