Timeline gone into negative bars

Hello this is a really silly question, my timeline has gone into negative numbers, I have no idea how to return it to start a bar one?

Just can not see anything to undo this, any help much appreciated.

Generally, this is the case for bars placed before the first metronome mark. Is it your case?

Yes, but how do I delete them, and make the session start at 1?

Have you tried to move your metronome marks? Or delete/recreate them.
