What versions of FMOD and UE4 are you using?
Are there any other errors or warnings in the console?
I’ve also getting the same error, Using FMOD 2.01.08 and ue4 4.26.1 for oculus build,

Hi @cameron-fmod its a c++ project
Previously we have onlky seen this in ‘Blueprint only’ projects, and adding a c++ class to the project would then fix it, are you able to share a project that reproduces the issue? You can upload files to your FMOD Profile.
