Unity + FMOD + Git Desktop lost sounds in latest build integration

Hi, I have an issue regarding version control through Github Desktop and FMOD for Unity. I have pushed several builds of a Unity project with FMOD 2.1. Those worked, and played sound in the application.
Github Desktop had prompted that there was a file that could cause conflicts, but I clicked it away like an idiot. The file had fmod in the name, along with a whole array of numbers. When I try to run the Unity project now, the FMOD debug window does not show up (I never switched it off), and the sounds do not play. I have tried to tie the fspro project path to different fspro files, but no debug shows up/ no sounds play either way.
