Disabling the debug overlay doesn't stick - Overlay comes back when restarting Unity

My google skills are failing me here, and this is kinda driving me nuts. I would like to disable the FMOD debug overlay. I know where the setting to do so is.

Problem is, it doesn’t “stick.” Whenever I restart the Unity client, the FMOD overlay turns back on, and I have to go back into the settings to disable it again.

What am I doing wrong?

What version of FMOD are you using? The enabled state of the debug overlay is persisting in the latest version, perhaps try updating to 2.02.06?
